Therefore, a group of experts in different areas of quality management considered important to create an international organization that would support organizations on their route towards sustained success. World Council for Quality (WCQ) is promoting development and use of quality management systems based on dedicated international quality standards for specific sectors, like local government, education and health.
We believe that trough use of adequate management systems is possible to evolve current organizations in sustainable organizations, becoming able to satisfy the necessities of people each time in a better way.
Believing in the possibilities and power of continuous improvement, we consider that management systems must be developed and implemented with a focus on sustainability, in order that the processes performed under such management systems will achieve a much better cost-benefit balance.
