Aguascalientes and Monterrey municipalities receive International Reliability Recognition

In the framework of the Forum Quality in Government and Citizen Participation, the World Council for Quality (WCQ) awarded the International Recognition of Reliability at the second level "Reliability in the achievement in a systemic manner and also confirmed by citizen/customers" to the Aguascalientes and Monterrey municipalities.

This recognition issued by the World Council for Quality refers the degree of satisfaction that meet the needs of local governments to citizens, it has 3 levels:

The first level “Reliability in the achievement”, the second level2: "Reliability in the achievement in a systemic manner and also confirmed by citizen customers", level 3: "Reliability in the maturity verified by an Integral Citizen Observatory".

These municipalities were evaluated by the Assessment Commission of the WCQ, which determined that both municipalities accomplished with 39 indicators of Annex B of the ISO 18091:2014 standard in "green" rating, they have an Integral System of Quality Management with ISO 18091:2014 approach, in addition to have an established citizen Observatory, have a constituted Citizen Observatory with an implemented system of review or verification where organized citizen/customers confirm the sufficient minimum objectives achieved with an ISO 18091:2014 approach.

The distinctive was received by Ms. Nube Rodriguez, Director of Organizational Development and Budget Efficiency of the Administration Secretariat of Aguascalientes municipality; and Mr. Juan Jose Palos, Representative of the high Direction of the Integral Quality Management System of the Monterrey municipality. They Recognition was delivered by Jack West, Bob WCQ Alisic, Chairman and Executive Secretary of the WCQ respectively.
