This standard, which contains 39 indicators on the\npublic policies of a municipality, is the common language for governors and citizens to work\ncollaboratively to improve the quality of public services.\n<br><br>\n\nThe citizen participation model carried out by the Integral Citizen Observatories (ICO\u00b4s) under\nthe ISO 18091 approach is carried out with an innovative
