LAGOC)<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"sub-title \">The Latin American Network for Reliable Governments (RED LAGOC) is constituted on October\n11, 2022 in the framework of the 20th edition of the European Week of Regions and Cities\n\n(EWRC) in a face-to-face\/virtual meeting, where more than 70 representatives of regional and\nlocal governments from 8 Latin American countries participated: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, El\nSalvador, Venezuela, Cuba and Peru, Mexico through the delegation present at the EWRC, and\nalso 4 other European countries: Spain, Finland, Holland, Italy were present.\n<br><br>\nDuring the forum of the 20th European Week of Regions and Cities (EWRC) and in the context\nof the first mission of the LAGOC NETWORK to present and investigate sectoral projects that\nallow the definition, modeling and development of real and shared solutions to structural\nproblems and good governance in more than 25 territories in 10 Latin American countries.\n<br><br>\nThe World Council for Quality (WCFQ) together with the International Foundation for the\nDevelopment of Reliable Governments (FIDEGOC) promote and support the LAGOC\nNETWORK and RELIABLE 360 NET to be part of the Global Network for Reliable\nGovernments, created in 2010 during the general assembly of United Cities and Local\nGovernments (UCLG).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section in joining the Network must have the support and\ncommitment of its highest representative to implement the ISO 18091 methodology as a quality\nmanagement system for local and regional governments to measure and advance in the\nachievement of the objectives of the United Nations 2030 Agenda Each institution must send\nthe letter of adhesion signed by its highest representative to the Network coordinators\nindicating: the motivations for joining the Network, and indicating the category of reliability\n\nrecognition to which it aspires in its bronze, silver, gold or platinum levels granted by the World\nCouncil For Quality.\n<br><br>\nAs soon as the International Reliability Recognition (IRR) has been granted by the World\nCouncil for Quality (WCFQ) in any of its categories, the region
