Alisic is an Electronics Engineer who graduated from the University of Zagreb. He has been living in the Netherlands since 1971.
Professional Career:
Between 1971 and 1991, he worked for Philips Electronics in the Netherlands, holding various positions and contributing to different divisions. His responsibilities included: Development of new products. Improvement of processes and collaboration between marketing, development, and production. Reduction of production costs.
Since 1992, Bob has been working in the area of consulting, training, and auditing. He has worked with notable companies such as KPMG Consulting and Atos Consulting. His contributions include: Improvement of the quality of processes and products, implementation and improvement of quality management systems. Change management and restructuring of organizations.
Bob Alisis was the Director/Owner at ActinQ Company (2007-2021), which is focused on consulting, training, and independent auditing firm.
Professional Activities:
Member of ISO technical committee TC176 (quality management systems) from 1992 until 2020, representing the Netherlands. Member of the national standardization committee of the Netherlands for ISO 9000, 9001, 9004, 100XX, and 19011 (internal and supplier audit).
Task Group Leader inside ISO TC176, responsible for the specification and development of the new ISO 9004:2009 standard (Management for the sustained success of an organization – Quality management approach).
Member of the World Quality Council for Local Government since 2008 and part of the team responsible for the development of the ISO 18091 standard for the quality management system of municipalities.
Bob Alisis was Executive Secretary of the World Council for Quality from 2015 until he was elected president in 2021.
