José Domínguez currently serves as Director of Plexus Mexico, partner of Plexus International of Minneapolis, MN, and board member of the Latin American Institute of Quality (INLAC).
On behalf of INLAC, since 1998 he has been participating as expert in ISO/TC 176, Quality Management, and since 2009, he become expert in ISO/CASCO, Conformity Assessment. He acts as delegation leader on behalf INLAC in these committees. In ISO/TC 176, he was co-convener of the Working Group responsible for the last revisionof ISO 9001, ISO/TS 9002 and ISO Small Business Handbook for the implementation of ISO 9001. Currently, he leads the Task Group responsible of identifying emerging trends in quality management that can have an influence in the current and future wor of ISO/TC 176 and producing technical documents to be used by ISO/TC 176.
José is a recognized speaker in Mexico and other American countries. He is co-author of the ISO 9001:2015 Memory Jogger published by Goal QPC and co-author the ISO 9001:2015 Handbook published by Paton Professional.
