Pierre F. Caillibot Metallurgical Engineer with a Master and a Doctorate in Applied Sciences, he enjoyed a long career with Hydro-Quebec and he has been working as a Président at Accademia Qualitas for 34 years.
Since 1990, Accademia Qualitas has relied on the vast experience of its founders, Pierre Caillibot and Denis Pronovost, and their long participation in national and international standardization, particularly in the field of quality management, including the presidency of the ISO International Committee, responsible for the development of the ISO 9000 and ISO 10000 series standards, therefore including the ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 standards on management system audits.
Accademia Qualitas is part of the Education industry, and located in Canada. More than 3,000 sessions from North America to Asia via Europe have enabled him to train more than 30,000 managers, executives and employees from various industrial sectors such as automobiles, telecommunications, aerospace, medical instruments, laboratories, mining and the vast world of public services.
Accredited for years by the Canadian Standards Council for the Training of External Auditors (until this program was discontinued), Accademia Qualitas has also trained certification body auditors around the world for over 15 years, for their qualification, in conjunction with Health Canada, for the Canadian Conformity Assessment System for Medical Devices (CMDCAS).
Dr. Pierre Caillibot receives the award in recognition of more than 25 years of outstanding national and international leadership in standardization from the Standards Council of Canada | Standards Council of Canada – Conseil Canadien.
Dr. Callibot was Founder and served as President before the formal constitution of the World Council for Quality from 2005 to 2007 and currently, he is an Honorary Board Member.
