Use of IRR trademark (use of logo)
The World Council For Quality (WCFQ) awards the International Reliability Recognition (IRR) in
four levels bronze, silver, gold and platinum according to the degree of maturity, impact and
scope in the implementation of the international standard ISO 18091 by the local or regional
government applying for it.
The RIC and in particular the "ISO 18091 Trusted Government" seal is achieved after the
analysis, review and opinion of the expert members of the WCFQ Council at the level achieved
by the Local or Regional Government and for a period of one year from the date of issue.
When the World Council For Quality (WCFQ) awards the International Reliability Recognition
(IRR), the Local Government is entitled to use the "ISO 18091 Reliable Government" mark or
badge at the level at which it has been assigned and during the period of validity.
The use of the "ISO 18091 Trusted Government" mark or badge at the level achieved must
always be accompanied by the registration number and the validity thereof, or, if applicable, by
a link to the image of the IRR Diploma accrediting it, which includes this data.
The Awards with the above logo and badge will be delivered until December 2023 and will be
valid for one year according to the date of delivery.
The new IRR badges will be issued as of January 2024.
The use of the logo and badge must be aligned with the "Guide for the use of the International
Reliability Recognition (IRR) for Reliable Local Governments.
