The World Council For Quality (WCFQ) is an international organization that awards International Reliability Recognition (IRR) to local and regional governments that are on the path of innovation in public management, through the implementation of ISO 18091, as well as verification in the progress in the comprehensive fulfillment of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda with the objective of promoting the quality of life of their own citizens, while attending to local and global sustainable development.
In addition, the WCFQ promotes a Global Network for Reliable Governance that shares Knowledge and best practices for innovation in Public Policy Management, with the objective of contributing to a better quality of life for people and to the global common good, embodied in the 2030 Agenda.
To face the global challenges we are currently facing and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, it is essential to promote Reliable Governance and create a Global Network on innovation in public management to share knowledge and good practices, using the international standard ISO 18091.
The WCFQ through different levels of recognition verifies, through the opinion of the international group of experts, the maturity of public management of local governments. In addition, the WCFQ offers support to local governments on the road to continuous improvement in the provision of quality public services for the benefit of citizens, and in the promotion of sustainable development.
WCFQ assumes its shared responsibility in promoting just, equitable and sustainable societies, where we work to meet the needs of all, and improve the quality of life of people, including future generations.
WCFQ wants to be recognized by local governments as a reliable ally to advance in the development of public policies and quality management systems in the provision of municipal public services that positively impact on improving the quality of life of citizens, and in the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda Goals, through the use of ISO 18091.
