Quality in Government and Citizen Participation Forum is Held

The “Quality in Government and Citizen Participation Forum” was held on May 7. Dialogues with the World Council for Quality”. This event was organized by the World Council for Quality (WCQ) together with the International Foundation for the Development of Reliable Governments (FIDEGOC). The objective of this event was to share experiences from different latitudes on quality in governments, having as one of the axes the use of the ISO 18091:2014 standard.

Other axes were: Sustainable Cities, Quality in Citizen Participation, Parliamentary Quality. Among the speakers were Bob Alisic, Secretary of WCQ; Carlos Gadsden Carrasco, President of FIDEGOC; Pilar Conesa, Director of Smart City Expo World Congress; Marta Lucía de la Cruz Federici, Delegate Overseer for Participation and Special Projects at Veeduría de Bogotá; Alka Jarvis, Distinguished Quality Engineer at CISCO, among other personalities from the world of quality.
