The FEMP adapted the international standard ISO 18091:2014 to the reality of Spanish municipalities, with less than 50,000 inhabitants, and from the Smart City perspective, today in a national standard in Spain, the UNE 66182:2015 “Guide for the comprehensive assessment of local government and its development as a smart city”.
