Boca del Río, the first municipality to obtain International Reliability Recognition (IRR) Gold Level. In an important recognition of the government’s efforts, the World Council for Quality has awarded the Gold Level International Reliability Award to the Municipality of Boca del Río in Mexico, highlighting its compliance and outstanding results. Humberto Alonso Morelli, Mayor, proudly announced the award.
Alonso Morelli explained that the recognition represents a significant milestone for the government, as it reflects the hard work done in compliance with ISO 18091:2019 since 2019. This approach resulted in obtaining recognition by the World Council for Quality, rising from bronze level to reach gold level, this award being an outstanding achievement in the process and distinguishing itself for being the only municipality worldwide to have obtained this level of recognition.
“We are proud to receive this recognition from the World Council for Quality. It has been a long road since we started working with ISO 18091:2019, and this achievement is a testament to our government’s commitment and dedication,” said Alonso Morelli. The high quality standards implemented by the government in its management and in the delivery of efficient results to citizens are recognized. This distinction highlights the government’s commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence in its processes.
