Established in Brussels during the XX European Week of Regions and Cities in which more than 25 territories from 12 countries participated, the Latin American Network of Reliable Governments (RED LAGOC-CONFIABLES 360) in a face-to-face/virtual meeting, where more than 70 representatives of regional and local governments from 8 Latin American countries participated: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, Venezuela, Cuba and Peru, Mexico through the delegation present at the EWRC, and also 4 other countries from Europe: Spain, Finland, Holland, Italy were present.
