On February 4, 5 and 6, 2025, the World Council for Quality carried out an evaluation of the implementation of the ISO 18091 Standard in the Municipality of Durango, which participates for the International Recognition of Reliability for Local Government at Silver Level.
As part of the evaluation, a sample of the dependencies that are part of the Municipality was taken, in order to examine certain requirements of the Quality Management System.
Other important points that have been considered have been both citizen participation and the actions carried out to align with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda.
This time, Engineer Eduardo Del Río attended as an Evaluator on behalf of the World Council for Quality. The entire process was carried out in order and with the willingness of the municipal team to present the necessary evidence.
